Let's stop plastic waste at its sources

Around the world, one million plastic drinking bottles are purchased every minute, while up to 5 trillion single-use plastic bags are used worldwide every year. In total, half of all plastic produced is designed to be used only once — and then thrown away. While plastic has many valuable uses, we have become addicted to single-use or disposable plastic — with severe environmental consequences.

We have seen a lot of positive action to reduce the plastic waste such as: garbage sorting, limit the use of disposable plastic products and the developing and manufacturing of the recycling. But we need to do more, we need to stop the plastic pollution at its sources

100% Biodegradable material was tested is 100% compostable and can be completely degraded into carbon dioxide and Oxygen in the Under natural composting and home composting conditions . As a kind of natural degradable material, biodegradable material plays a unique role in environmental protection. Its research and development have been developed rapidly, and it is considered as an effective solution to "white pollution".

Common biodegradable materials are:

1. Polylactic acid (PLA): PLA has the characteristics of non-toxic, non-irritating, good bio compatibility, high strength, good processability, and biodegradability. The sheets, fibers, and films made are thermoformed and spun After secondary processing such as silk is widely used in packaging, textiles and medical fields, its waste can be decomposed into water and carbon dioxide by microorganisms.

2. Polyhydroxy fatty acid ester (PHA): PHA is an extracellular polyester synthesized by many microorganisms. It is a natural polymer biomaterial with good biocompatibility, biodegradability and plastics. The thermal processing performance can be used as biomedical materials and biodegradable packaging materials.

3. Polybutylene succinate (PBS): PBS has excellent comprehensive performance, reasonable cost performance, and is extremely versatile. It can be used for packaging, tableware, cosmetic bottles and pharmaceutical bottles, disposable medical supplies, agricultural films, pesticides and fertilizers. Release materials, biomedical polymer materials and other fields.

4. Polycaprolactone (PCL): In addition to the easy processing characteristics of thermoplastics, PCL also has the characteristics of biodegradability, biocompatibility, shape temperature control and memory, and is mainly used as a controlled release drug carrier. Medical materials such as fully degradable plastic surgical sutures.

5, PBAT is a thermoplastic biodegradable plastic. It is a co polymer of butylene adipate and butylene terephthalate. It has the characteristics of PBA and PBT. It has both good ductility and elongation at break, as well as Good heat resistance and impact performance. Mainly used in: fully degradable packaging film; fully degradable packaging bags, including shopping bags, rolled garbage bags, pet feces bags, electronic product packaging bags, food packaging bags, mulch

As the research and development technology of biodegradable materials becomes more and more mature, these materials have  been widely used. Grandshine are launching a series for 100% biodegradable protective case for Mobile phone and Air pod.

How to select to phone case that is fit for you

We don’t pay the insurance for our phone, but we will add some extra protection for it , a phone case is one of the protection for your phone .So what case should we select for our smartphone ? When it comes to buying the case for our phone, we have met some problems more or less, such as “It scratches very easy” "The buttons are way to stiff when using this cases" "The color is   beautiful and it’s easy to pop on but the material is NOT durable.” Actually, most of these problems are related to the material that the phone case is made from, every material has its own advantage and disadvantage, after we know the performance of the material, we can choose a better case that is fit for you. Silicone phone case: Silicone phone case is a typical application of silicone protective cover. It’s softness is   between 35-80A Shore hardness and a slightly slippery feel . It has been popular in the market for many years. Silicone rubber, commonly known as silica gel, is a h

How does the Magfsafe achieve 15W fast charging? (The detail disassembly report of Magsafe wireless charger)

At the press Apple launched a MagSafe magnetic wireless charger that has attracted much attention. This is also Apple's first mass-produced mobile phone wireless charger, marking the official entry of the iPhone into a new era of wireless charging. Promote the development of the wireless charging market.   The Apple MagSafe magnetic wireless charger, as its name suggests, adopts a magnetic design with a built-in magnet that can actively adsorb and align for wireless charging. This can be achieved while charging and playing, breaking the traditional wireless charging method. The main attraction is that it can wirelessly charge the iPhone 12 series at 15W, and other wireless chargers is only up to 7.5W. So as Apple's first mass-produced wireless charger, it has also made a special design, what is the inside of it? Here We will share with you the detailed disassembly of this product. 1.        Appearance of Apple MagSafe magnetic wireless charger The packaging box is a typ
