First, disassemble the USB-C cable, and use a steel sleeve
to protect the inside of the shell.
The end of the PCB board is covered with a plastic shell
for insulating support, and the front of the board is provided with multiple
chips.
Remove the black plastic shell and we can see the wire core
is protected by injection molding .

CYPD2104, Type-C interface controller.
The big chip comes from TI Texas Instruments.

The Schottky diode next to it comes from ON Semiconductor,
NSR20F30NXT5G, which is used to improve conversion efficiency..
There is a 3.3μH alloy inductor on the other side for boosting.The components on the USB header circuit board play a

Disassemble the aluminum alloy shell, the edge magnet ring
is composed of multiple small magnets, and glued to fix, placed the wireless
charging coil in the middle, and the bonding pad is insulated and reinforced by
glue
A plastic ring is arranged between the coil and the magnet,
and a detection coil is attached to the plastic ring.

TI TMP302 temperature detection chip is used to detect the
temperature rise of the wireless charging board for overheating protection.

STM32F446MEY6, high-performance basic series ARM Cortex-M4 MCU with DSP and
FPU, with 512 KB Flash, 180 MHz CPU, ART accelerator and dual QSPI.

Four white NPO resonant capacitors are connected in
parallel.

power the STMicroelectronics wireless charging main control chip STM32F446MEY6.
The wireless charging controller is also customized to ST. In addition, the

The inside of the thread is protected by steel sleeve spot welding. The magnet
ring and PCB board inside the charging board are fixed with glue. The PCB board
is equipped with a shielding cover.
