The impact of 5G on the IIoT(industrial Internet of things)

For ordinary consumers, the concept of 5G may be a higher network speed. The improvement of the Internet experience brought by the large bandwidth of 5G is the most intuitive. Mobile phones can watch higher-definition videos in real time. The lower latency and higher reliability bring a much smaller improvement to the experience of C-end users. The delay in opening a web page has been reduced from 50ms to 10ms, and consumers can barely perceive the difference.

In industry, the situation is completely different. The concept of the Industrial Internet has been proposed many years ago, but until the mobile Internet is so popular, the proportion of equipment networking in the industrial field is still small, and the applications related to networking equipment are still very shallow. The main reason is that the Internet has not yet reached the requirements in terms of latency and reliability.
The application of the Industrial Internet of Things has only been able to stay at the surface of data collection and display and some management functions extended from it, and it is difficult to involve core areas such as the control of industrial systems, where the stability and delay of the communication system cannot reach requirements are the main constraint.
The investment in equipment in the industrial field is huge. Whether it is a machine tool, a production line, or a mechanical device, downtime caused by failures in the production process often affects the entire production line and even the entire product delivery cycle.

To ensure stability, the control system in the industrial field is mainly local, and a large number of hardware and software systems are deployed. On the one hand, the whole control system is very complicated and the investment is huge. On the other hand, it also limits the flexibility and scalability of the system. In today's fast-changing consumer demand, the update of the production system cannot keep up with the changes in consumer demand, and will also lead to missed many new opportunities.
The current mobile communication system is not deeply involved in the application of the Industrial Internet of Things. Although 4G has been greatly improved in network speed, it can meet the needs of users to watch videos at any time, but the reliability and delay of the network still have A lot of room for improvement does not meet the requirements of industrial scenarios.
The application of 4G in industrial scenarios is more a way to upload data to the cloud in scenarios where real-time requirements are not high. For example, machine tools and equipment in the factory will collect data every 5-10 seconds, and these data summary will generally be collected into a unified terminal, which will be sent to the cloud platform through 4G.
In order to ensure the stability of the data transmission of machine tools, in the factory, the connection of each machine tool and the unified terminal is generally wired. This connection method is still relatively heavy, and a large number of cables will also cause the internal structure of the factory to be more complicated. When the performance of the mobile network system is improved to replace the wired cable, the complexity of the internal structure of the factory will also be reduced, making it easier to manage.
5G's technical standards for industrial systems can meet these requirements. The extremely low latency guarantees the real-time monitoring and control requirements in the industrial field. The highly reliable network quality ensures the stability Requirements; large bandwidth can realize high-definition 3D video and even AR transmission, which greatly improves the operation accuracy in the field of remote control.
Because the number of 5G connections, the value provided, and the ability to pay are not comparable to the mobile Internet. So many people think that the biggest opportunity for 5G lies in the industrial Internet.
Although 5G technology is currently immature and there is still a long way to go for large-scale deployment and application, we believe that the direction of the 5G-enabled industrial sector is clear, and the future can be expected.

How to select to phone case that is fit for you

We don’t pay the insurance for our phone, but we will add some extra protection for it , a phone case is one of the protection for your phone .So what case should we select for our smartphone ? When it comes to buying the case for our phone, we have met some problems more or less, such as “It scratches very easy” "The buttons are way to stiff when using this cases" "The color is   beautiful and it’s easy to pop on but the material is NOT durable.” Actually, most of these problems are related to the material that the phone case is made from, every material has its own advantage and disadvantage, after we know the performance of the material, we can choose a better case that is fit for you. Silicone phone case: Silicone phone case is a typical application of silicone protective cover. It’s softness is   between 35-80A Shore hardness and a slightly slippery feel . It has been popular in the market for many years. Silicone rubber, commonly known as silica gel, is a h

How does the Magfsafe achieve 15W fast charging? (The detail disassembly report of Magsafe wireless charger)

At the press Apple launched a MagSafe magnetic wireless charger that has attracted much attention. This is also Apple's first mass-produced mobile phone wireless charger, marking the official entry of the iPhone into a new era of wireless charging. Promote the development of the wireless charging market.   The Apple MagSafe magnetic wireless charger, as its name suggests, adopts a magnetic design with a built-in magnet that can actively adsorb and align for wireless charging. This can be achieved while charging and playing, breaking the traditional wireless charging method. The main attraction is that it can wirelessly charge the iPhone 12 series at 15W, and other wireless chargers is only up to 7.5W. So as Apple's first mass-produced wireless charger, it has also made a special design, what is the inside of it? Here We will share with you the detailed disassembly of this product. 1.        Appearance of Apple MagSafe magnetic wireless charger The packaging box is a typ

Let's stop plastic waste at its sources

Around the world, one million plastic drinking bottles are purchased every minute, while up to 5 trillion single-use plastic bags are used worldwide every year. In total, half of all plastic produced is designed to be used only once — and then thrown away. While plastic has many valuable uses, we have become addicted to single-use or disposable plastic — with severe environmental consequences.  We have seen a lot of positive action to reduce the plastic waste such as: garbage sorting, limit the use of disposable plastic products and the developing and manufacturing of the recycling. But we need to do more, we need to stop the plastic pollution at its sources   100% Biodegradable material was tested is 100% compostable and  can be completely degraded into  carbon dioxide and Oxygen in the Under natural composting and home composting conditions . As a kind of natural degradable material, biodegradable material plays a unique role in environmental protection. Its research and development
